Patient Coordinator | Fitness Assistant

BODYWORKS is looking for a full-time Floater Patient Coordinator and Fitness Assistant to work at our outpatient clinics and 24/7 gyms located in Beckley, Princeton, Pineville, New River, and Oak Hill, WV. This position will rotate locations between our Beckley, Princeton, Pineville, New River, and Oak Hill locations. • Schedule visits and communicate with staff, patients, physicians, and others to maintain proper care coordination and continuity of care.
• Member registration and account management, answering phones, facility and gym equipment cleaning, and clinic laundry.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficient in using office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
