is looking for a
friendly, dependable, and organized Medical Receptionist
to join our team in Sunbury, Ohio.

We are a busy, fast-paced dermatology practice looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional experience for our patients.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Answering and routing phone calls
• Managing patient messages and phone inquiries
• Checking patients in and out
• Collecting co-pays and patient balances
• Verifying insurance information
• Scanning and faxing documents
• Working within an electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Assisting with other front-office and clerical duties as needed
