The CRT or RRT position is part of the Respiratory Department and is a contingent role budgeted for approximately 12 hours per two-week pay period, with variable shifts and hours based on department needs and availability.

Qualifications Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Ohio Respiratory Therapy License required

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in critical situations

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities Perform independent professional respiratory care, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures

Evaluate patient care, establish therapeutic objectives, and review outcomes

Provide care in critical and/or life-threatening patient situations

Administer emergency, life-sustaining procedures until physician oversight is available

Perform selected cardiology responsibilities, Breath Alcohol Testing, and other duties as assigned

Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff to provide seamless patient care Adhere to all departmental and hospital standards of practice
