CDCA Case Manager

Case Manager/CDCA

Focus Residential Group is seeking a dependable and compassionate Case Manager/CDCA to support individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use disorder services. This position helps clients identify needs, access community resources, overcome barriers, and remain engaged in treatment and recovery.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinating care with treatment providers, community agencies, and other supports
• Connecting clients with housing, transportation, employment, medical care, benefits, and other community resources
• Assisting clients in developing practical skills and working toward individualized treatment goals
• Providing substance use disorder services within the scope of CDCA certification and under appropriate supervision
• Monitoring client progress and communicating concerns to the treatment team
• Completing timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Participating in treatment team meetings and care coordination activities
• Maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance with agency policies

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio CDCA credential in good standing
• Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or community-based services preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet applicable background requirements
• A genuine commitment to helping individuals build stability and strengthen their recovery

Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
