Direct Support Professional/ Direct Care, Caregiver

Responsibilities include following individualized care and behavior plans, assisting with medication per training and policy, ensuring safety, and accurately documenting services and progress.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct daily living support to individuals with disabilities in a community-based setting
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and mobility as needed
- Support individuals in engaging in community activities, hobbies, and social events
- Implement individualized care and behavior support plans
- Monitor and document client progress, behaviors, and incidents accurately
- Administer or assist with medications per program guidelines and training
- Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and care team members
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Follow all health, safety, and compliance policies and procedures
