Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist to support Admiral’s Pointe in Huron, Ohio. This PRN daytime role emphasizes patient-centered OT care within a therapist-led team.
The OT will evaluate, plan, and document progress toward functional independence, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety. Licensure and NBCOT certification are required;
Master’s/ Doctorate in OT preferred.
