Location: Fayetteville
Addus Home Care in Ohio is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our hospice team. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, document findings, and coordinate with physicians and the Clinical Team Lead to ensure optimal patient care.
Candidates should have graduation from a Licensed Massage Therapy program, active licensure, and at least two years in health care; hospice experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
