Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care. This role involves assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises to improve their mobility and overall health. A strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
  • - Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive assessments.
  • - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • - Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function.
  • - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
  • - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning.
  • - Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • - Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
  • - Provide home community care as needed to support patients' recovery in their own environments.
Experience
  • - Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
  • - Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and discharge planning is essential.
  • - Familiarity with both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy practices is advantageous.
  • - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality care.
