As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring that our residents receive high-quality food service that meets their unique needs and preferences.

• Interact and communicate with clients to understand their health concerns and dietary requirements
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure food preparation follows strict health guidelines and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment
• Assist with food inventory management and ordering supplies
• Develop and implement client-specific dietary programs and menus

• 1 year of dietary experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
