• Current, valid Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Experience with pediatric or school-based OT services preferred
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for a variety of grade levels, from early learners through high school
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working alongside teachers and school staff

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations as needed per school and district requests
• Work with students individually or in small groups to provide direct OT services
• Consult with educators and families to support students Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Adapt therapy plans to address the evolving needs of school-aged children
