Job Title: Home Health Aide [STNA, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP/DODD]

Location: Gallia County, OH including Vinton, Evergreen, Bidwell, Gallipolis, Harrison Township, Patriot, Rio Grande, Crown City, and surrounding areas.

• OPTIONAL hybrid-county coverage (to secure additional hours within your travel radius) could include:
  Lawrence County, Jackson County, Vinton County, Meigs County, and surrounding areas (not required).

• Willingness to travel to clients up to at least a 30-minute radius (from your home) is required

• Up to 45- or 60-minute client travel radius (from your home) is highly desired.

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking experienced, passionate, and professional Home Health Aides (STNA, CNA & DSP/DODD highly preferred | CHHA, HHA & PCA also desired) to join our home health agency and support clients throughout Gallia County, OH (incl. Vinton, Evergreen, Bidwell, Gallipolis, Harrison Township, Patriot, Rio Grande, Crown City,and adjacent Counties.

• Personal care, hygiene, and ADL assistance
• Light housekeeping and meal prep
• Pro‑active observation and excellent electronic documentation
• Demonstrated ability to follow a written Plan of Care
• Supporting client independence and safety
• Professional, caring, and compassionate behavior to clients, client families, and your peers / co‑workers

• Weekdays - during the day
• Full-Time desired (will consider PT based on availability)
• Local travel within Gallia County | Expanded cases/hours may include adjacent Counties

• Minimum of 1 year paid in‑home care or caregiving experience
• STNAs and CNAs highly desired (or HHA/PCA with 3+ years consistent experience)
• Active CPR + FA certification and documentation of both
• 18yo + active Driver's License / State
• Reliable transportation to all scheduled visits, within full reach of stated travel radius.
• Exceptional on‑time and attendance record, and consistent availability aligned to your chosen schedule type (PT/FT/Hybrid).
• Willingness and ability to perform required physical demands (see below)
• Consent + Ability to pass a State & Federal background check (including fingerprints)

• This is available as a full‑time, weekday - daytime position.
• Flexible shift times also available - we build reliable, consistent schedules that fit your lifestyle and pay weekly.
• Weekly pay (on Fridays) including paid onboarding and training.
• No Requirements for On‑Call shifts, Weekends, extensive travel distances, or overtime (when not desired).
