Respiratory Therapist -PT Nights

Concord Health and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility located in Wheelersburg, OH is currently looking for Part‑time night shift Respiratory Therapists to join our team! We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our esteemed team. This role will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive respiratory care to our residents, including arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, heated high‑flow therapy, tracheostomy procedures, invasive and non‑invasive mechanical ventilation management, and ventilator weaning.

• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and interpret results accurately.
• Administer heated high‑flow therapy and oversee tracheostomy procedures, including removal and insertion.
• Monitor and optimize settings for both invasive and non‑invasive mechanical ventilation systems.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, including ventilator weaning protocols.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding respiratory care techniques and equipment usage.
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Ohio licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NRP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in long‑term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Experience in ventilator management and weaning protocols highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
