We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team of rehabilitation professionals. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our physical therapists to develop and implement customized treatment plans for our patients, focusing on their unique needs and goals. Your expertise will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence, empowering them to achieve their highest potential.

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other physical therapy modalities
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant certification (NPTA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in physical therapy or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
