Health Source of Ohio is seeking to hire a Pharmacist who is passionate about providing quality healthcare to our patients and communities. We are looking for Friendly, Accessible, Credible individuals to join a great team.

• Prepare and dispense medications by reading medication orders and prescriptions; preform data entry of prescriptions, preparing labels; calculating quantities;
  counting medications and labeling prescription bottles and completing final verification of prescriptions.
• Anticipates needed medications and supplies by placing and expediting orders, verifying receipts, and removing outdated drugs.
• Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Provide counseling to patients on their prescriptions and OTC medications.

• Immunization Certification by accredited organization
• Pharm.
  
  D. or BS in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
• 1 to 2 years of experience
