Mercy Health - - Responsibilities:
Provide basic patient care including care and comfort, vital sign measurement, personal care and hygiene, and assist with mobility.;
Sanitize and clean patients' rooms and assist with feeding and grooming.;
Act as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes and concerns.;
Document patient care accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Record as applicable.;
Participate in hand-off/report of pertinent information during shift changes.
