Full-time, 72 hours bi-weekly
Shift: 1st shift
Hours: Monday
- Wednesday, 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM;
Thursday, 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM;
Friday, 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM (This will change Thursday to Friday every other week.)

Job Summary:Fulton County Health Center is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at FCHC Neurology.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule patient appointments and tests.
- Complete referrals and enter patient information.
- Collect copays and obtain necessary forms and signatures for treatment, release of information, and insurance precertifications.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers appropriately.

Requirements- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology required.
- Previous physician office experience and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and computer skills.
- Knowledge of health insurance preferred.
