- Provide one-on-one care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication management, including administering medication and keeping accurate records
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Engage with residents in various activities, such as games, exercise classes, and social events, to promote mental and physical well-being
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documents, including care plans, incident reports, and medication administration records
