Overview
Westfield Country Club offers a seasonal dual role:
Pool Food and Beverage Guest Attendant and Event Server. This position combines outdoor pool service with banquet event support, providing opportunities for diverse experience and stable hours.

Job SummaryThe Guest Attendant serves alcoholic, non-alcoholic, packaged, and prepared food items at the pool service counter for guests and members. Duties include greeting guests, handling drinks, and serving menu items. Attendants operate point-of-sale systems, collect payments, and conduct daily inventory to keep stations stocked. Guest Attendants will also work shifts as Event Servers for functions on the course and in the clubhouse, serving food and beverages, assisting with setup and cleanup, and providing additional event support as needed.
Job Responsibilities- Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner, attends to inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Follows established safety and security protocols to protect guests and property.
- Serves alcoholic, non-alcoholic, packaged, and prepared foods at the pool and event venues.
- Takes orders using a point of sale system, processes payments, and maintains daily inventory records.
- Checks guest IDs for alcohol service using a valid photo .
- Maintains clean, sanitized workstations and follows hygiene and safety protocols.
- Monitors guest alcohol intake and takes steps to prevent over consumption, in line with Serve Safe trainings.
- Assists in setup, refilling, and removal of event food stations and bars; assists in serving and bussing plated items at events.
- Assists in setup and breakdown of event spaces, seating, and supplies.
- Complies with OSHA and Westfield safety/training/certification standards within required time frames.
- Regular operation of golf carts and/or other maintenance vehicles.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in customer service and cash handling.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.
- Must be at least 18 years old. Ohio law requires 18+ to serve alcohol and 21+ to pour alcohol.
