- Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste, Partner und Besucher während der Nacht
- Durchführung eines reibungslosen Check-Ins und Check-Outs
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen
- Administrative Aufgaben während der Nacht
- Tagesabschlüsse, Kassenführung und Rundgänge im Haus
- Sie sind Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft und schaffen besondere Momente und Begegnungen – immer!
- Sicherer und erfahrener Umgang mit internationalen Gästen
- Keine Hemmungen in deutscher oder englischer Sprache zu kommunizieren
- Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Affinität zu administrativen Aufgaben
- Ein gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste
- Sichere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Opera wären wünschenswert
