Hotel Night Audit 11pm - 7am We are looking to add to our award winning team! About the Hotel:

The Comfort Inn and Suites is located in Caldwell, Ohio.

Provide excellent customer service to all guests of the hotel, check‑in and check‑out procedures, balancing cash, reconciling credit cards, answering the phone, and attending to the needs of the guest.

• Be in required uniform, name tag, and earpiece.
• Greet all guests.
• Provide information to guests about policies, services, and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests.
• Sell rooms to walk‑in guests.
• Enter and change reservations in the system.
• Post charges to guest accounts.
• Process payments from guests.
• Make necessary changes to guest accounts.
• Inform housekeeping of any room changes.
• Listen to and respond to the needs of guests.
• Respond to guest complaints.
• Answer the phone.
• Transfer calls.
• Clean the front desk area and surrounding area.
• Complete checklists.
• Maintain daily logs.
• Balance the cash drawer.
• Stand for an eight‑hour shift.

Attitude must be conducive to team growth, hospitality, and a serving environment. Must be willing to complete hospitality training, acquire education in the hospitality industry, and perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or general manager.
