• Taking into account all hygiene requirements, you will not only prepare à la carte dishes, but also use your experience in the banquet.
• You organize the processes in the kitchen, prepare the daily and evening menus and support other colleagues in the kitchen if required.
• You will ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen and buffet area of our hotel, including the refrigerators and storage.
• You use your working materials professionally and properly.
• In addition, you are responsible for the correct storage and efficient use of ingredients and raw materials.
• You work closely with all colleagues in the house, you exchange ideas and contribute ideas for improvement in your department.

• Training in a recognized training occupation in the catering industry.
• In the absence of training - at least 2 years of work experience in the catering industry or a comparable industry
• Good German and English language skills at a competent level (level B2/C1)
• High guest and service orientation
• Strong communication skills and independence
