• Ensuring a smooth service flow and guest care in the lounge, in the bar and on Hamburg's most beautiful outdoor terrace - the Lindenterrasse
• Creating duty and holiday schedules
• Realisation of the Hotel Louis
  
  C. Jacob bar concept in our hotel, developing your own creative ideas together with our central F&B area with regard to a high-quality bar concept
• Induction of trainees and new employees at the bar
• Carrying out regular training courses for permanent employees and trainees
• High level of flexibility and commitment
• Ability to work independently and a confident demeanour
• Implementation of revenue-orientated sales
• Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Monitoring compliance with quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines

• You have completed training in the catering or hotel industry and have relevant professional experience.
• You have initial management experience in the catering industry.
• You have good manners and the ability to work in a team.
• You have a hospitable, open-minded and communicative manner.
• You are motivated, reliable and flexible.
