Die Ausbildung dauert 3 Jahre und umfasst praktische und theoretische Elemente im dualen System. Die Auszubildenden lernen verschiedene Kochmethoden und erwerben Kenntnisse in der Speisenplanung.
Zusätzlich gibt es Unterstützung bei der Wohnungssuche und zahlreiche Mitarbeiterangebote, wie z.B. Mitarbeiterpreise in allen Ringhotels in Deutschland. Die Ausbildungsvergütung liegt über dem Tarif und beginnt im ersten Jahr mit 1.000 € monatlich.
