Delaware North - - Responsibilities:
Check in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefing;
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area;
Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart;
Reset tables once guests leave, according to the floor plan or instructions from management;
Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen
