Drury Hotels - White Drive - Responsibilities:
Serve as the happy, helpful face of our hotel to guests entering and departing our front door;
Perform front desk related functions, including checking guests in and out, maintaining guest records, cash handling, and problem resolution;
Promote company programs and monitor guest satisfaction;
Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service (food preparation, setup, guest service, and cleanup);
Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude
