- Responsibility for up to 15 staff members
- Inspection of guest rooms prior to arrival and of public areas in accordance with our quality standards
- Responsibility for maintaining and caring for all objects at the hotel
- Meeting all guests’ needs and answering all their questions
- Assigning staff to the relevant shifts
- Supporting and motivating your team
- Successful completion of a qualification in hospitality or housekeeping
- Confidence when interacting with guests
- Independent and meticulous approach to work
- Good organisational and leadership skills
- Flexibility, friendliness, resilience, the ability to work in a team, and willingness to help
- Pleasant working environment and regular working hours
- Highly motivated and open-minded teams across all areas of the hotel
- Bonus payment of up to 0.5 months’ salary per year
- Additional bonus for a low number of sick days
