Your tasks
* Check-in and check-out
* Welcoming and looking after our guests
* Voucher management and sales
* Processing bookings and enquiries by e-mail and telephone
* General hotel reception administrative duties
* Support in ensuring quality standard
* Shared responsibility for complaints management
* Assisting with the final checking of invoices
* End-of-day accounts
* Diligent management of the shift’s cash accounts
* Restaurant billsRequirements
* Successful completion of a qualification in hospitality and/or experience working at reception
* Confidence when interacting with guests
* Independent and meticulous approach to work
* Flexibility, friendliness, resilience, the ability to work in a team, and willingness to help
