Your tasks
* Ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the bar area, including the lobby and smoking lounge
* Preparing spirits, cocktails, and all kinds of drinks according to the specified recipes and garnishes
* Preparing the necessary mise en place
* Monitoring stock levels and carrying out regular stocktaking
* Training of staff and trainees
* Courteous and warm service for our guests
* Supporting colleagues in the restaurant
* Attention to cleanliness and work materials at your own service area Requirements
* Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and/or professional experience in the hotel and catering sector
* Outgoing host who stands out through creativity, empathy, reliability, and the ability to work in a team
* Loyalty and professionalism when dealing with discerning guests
* Good command of German
* Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
