Hotel Night Audit 11pm - 7am

We are looking to add to our award winning team!

The Comfort Inn and Suites is located in Caldwell, Ohio.

Provide excellent customer service to all guests of the hotel, check‑in and check‑out procedures, balancing cash, reconciling credit cards, answering the phone, and attending to the needs of the guest.

• Be in required uniform, name tag, and earpiece.
• Greet all guests.
• Provide information about policies, services, and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests, sell rooms to walk‑in guests, enter/change reservations in the system, post charges to guest accounts, process payments, make necessary changes to guest accounts.
• Inform housekeeping of any room changes.
• Listen and respond to the needs of the guest.
• Respond to guest complaints and answer the phone.
• Transfer calls.
• Clean the front desk area and surrounding area.
• Complete checklists, maintain daily logs, balance cash drawer.
• Must be able to stand for an 8‑hour shift.

Attitude must be conducive to team growth, hospitality, and serving environment. Must be willing to complete hospitality training, education of the hospitality industry, and any other duties given by the supervisor or general manager.
