Introduction
- Professional and friendly hospitality for groups of customers and visitors at our IREKS Campus
- Taking care of our meeting rooms and the bistro kitchen
- Warm and welcoming reception of our national and international guests
- Answering and handling incoming telephone calls in German and English
- Taking care of our visitor rooms
- Participating in the administration of the area
- Enjoyment in dealing with national and international guests
- Successfully completed training as a restaurant/hotel specialist or equivalent
- Friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance as well as excellent manners
- Organisational talent with the ability to maintain an overview at all times
- Language skills according to CEF:
German (C1), English (B2) - Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Extensive on-boarding
