As a Housekeeping Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the campground. From ensuring sparkling restrooms and fresh linens to keeping common areas pristine, you'll help create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

This is an ideal role for a work camper seeking a full-time opportunity with an RV site at an incredible campground.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep It Spotless:
    Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines for bathhouses, restrooms, cabins, laundry rooms, pool furniture, game rooms, and other guest-use facilities.
  • Use the Right Tools:
    Follow proper cleaning procedures and use chemicals safely, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
  • Maintain Supplies:
    Track and report inventory needs for cleaning supplies and guest essentials like toilet paper and paper towels.
  • Handle Lost & Found:
    Collect and properly log found items, ensuring valuables are secured.
  • Report Issues:
    Identify and report any maintenance concerns, damaged items, or guest complaints to the General Manager.
  • Be Guest-Focused:
    Greet guests with a warm smile, be responsive to their needs, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for Cleanliness & Hospitality: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing top-notch guest experiences.
  • Team Player:
    Works well in a collaborative environment and communicates effectively.
  • Physical Stamina:
    Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This availability is vital to the role.
  • Valid Driver's License:
    Required for mobility around the campground.
  • English Proficiency:
    Ability to understand and speak English fluently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds regularly.
  • Stand for long periods (up to 80% of the shift) and work in wet/slippery conditions.
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and move across varied terrain.
  • Hear and speak clearly to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
