Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in Ohio to deliver an elevated guest experience. You’ll be the central contact for guests, providers, and staff, greeting guests, scheduling, and guiding them through check-in, checkout, and memberships.
The ideal candidate has at least one year in luxury hospitality, medical aesthetics, or luxury retail, with strong communication, organization, and familiarity with scheduling software, CRM, EMR, or POS systems.
