Northgate Resorts is seeking a friendly Guest Relations Staff to ensure outstanding guest experiences at our Camp-Resort properties. You will handle Express Check-ins, escort guests to sites, and act as a concierge for transient guests while upselling services.
This seasonal role can be full-time or part-time and reports to the Guest Relations Supervisor. Prior customer service experience and a positive, energetic attitude are important, with nights, weekends, and holidays required.
