**** Key Responsibilities (Summary)
*** Own the global end-to-end administration and continuous improvement of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, releases, testing, and documentation
* Ensure stable system operations, high data quality, and strong governance; act as the central Workday point of contact
* Advise HR stakeholders, translate business requirements into pragmatic Workday solutions, and provide 2nd/3rd-level support for HR key users
* Deliver reporting and HR analytics, including dashboards, KPIs, advanced reports, and workforce data insights
* Contribute to and lead HRIS optimization projects, support the rollout of additional Workday modules, and collaborate internationally with HR, IT, and external partners
