With a headcount of approximately 1,200, RAUMEDIC is breaking new ground to improve the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. In doing so, RAUMEDIC focuses on polymer-based solutions for medical and pharmaceutical applications, as well as on products for intensive care.
Job Description- Sparringspartner für die Führungskräfte bei Organisationsveränderungen, Personalentwicklung, Nachfolgeplanung etc. in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Talent & Organizational Development
- Steuerung aller Personalprozesse im Fachbereich unter Einhaltung der geltenden arbeitsrechtlichen Vorgaben
- Umsetzung von arbeitsrechtlichen Personalentscheidungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung
- Erarbeitung und Abstimmung von Vorschlägen zur Vergütungsstruktur im Fachbereich
- Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Treiber von Transformationsthemen im Fachbereich
- Unterstützung bei der Personalplanung im Fachbereich
- Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten, ggf. Leitung von HR-Projekten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. als (Euro-) Industriekaufmann, gerne mit Weiterbildung zum Personalfachwirt oder Studium z.B. in Betriebswirtschaft (BWL), Human Resources Management oder Psychologie
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
