To support our team at our headquarters in Traunstein, we are looking for an HR Administrator / Payroll Specialist / HR Manager (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.
Job details.Contract Type: Permanent
Employment Scope: Full-time
Responsibilities- You serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related, social security, and labor law matters
- You handle administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, e.g. preparing employment contracts, certificates, references, etc.
- After appropriate onboarding, you independently carry out monthly payroll processing for a defined area of responsibility and manage reporting and certification obligations
- You handle correspondence with health insurance providers and public authorities
- You maintain and manage HR databases and the time management system
- You prepare HR-related reports and analyses
- You actively contribute to projects aimed at continuously improving our HR processes
- You have completed a commercial or business-related vocational training
- Further qualification as a certified HR specialist is an advantage but not required
- Ideally, you already have some initial experience in HR or payroll accounting
- You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- You possess strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- You demonstrate strong teamwork skills, social competence, and excellent communication abilities
- You work independently, are process-oriented, and reliable
- You enjoy personal development and are interested in learning about new topics in the HR field
