As a Senior Manager of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic partner to the President and Executive Leadership Team, leading the people strategy to support PSI culture, business performance, and long-term growth. This role is responsible for talent management, leadership development, associate engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization of approximately 1,600 associates at 15 locations. This onsite role is based out of our Minster, OH location.
Responsibilities- Ensure alignment with employment law and company-wide HR strategies, policies, and practices, while upholding consistency in associate relations, compliance, and organizational development
- Align HR strategy with business goals and support cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the overall organization
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
- Lead company-wide HR initiatives that support organizational growth and transformation
- Shape and enhance the associate experience across all levels of the organization
- Resolve complex associate relations issues with fairness and integrity
- Have strategic thinking and business acumen
- Have a commitment to PSI's values demonstrating them proactively in everyday interactions
- Have strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) with all levels of associates
- Exercise problem solving and conflict resolution
- Have ability to lead change management and organizational development
- Have knowledge and understanding in HR law and HR competencies with 10+ years of HR leadership experience and an HR related college degree (master's preferred)
