We are looking for Talent Advisors to join the tech team of one of our global accounts.
What you will do:- You will manage the recruitment process for our tech vacancies.
- Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs.
- Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.
- Experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment role with technical recruitment experience
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
- Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
