Senior Human Resources Manager – Onsite

The JobThe Senior Human Resources Manager will partner with the Manufacturing Leadership Team to develop and execute HR priorities that enable the business to achieve accelerated growth goals and foster a fulfilling employee experience. This is an onsite position with weekends as needed.
As an organized, results‑oriented leader, the role will strategize organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the manager will create, execute, and improve both strategic people initiatives and tactical processes.
- Business Partner – support stakeholders by aligning people strategy with business strategy; act as trusted advisor and activator in talent management, organizational design, development needs, and more.
- Project Planning & Execution – communicate and execute corporate initiatives, programs, and projects across all functional organizations.
- Change Management – implement processes and approaches to prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation, improving organizational efficiency.
- Strategy & Implementation – lead initiatives to improve HR data, standardize processes, and develop automation solutions.
- Organizational Design – lead structure and alignment initiatives that promote efficiency and collaboration.
- Leadership – supervise five direct reports.
Key qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources (advanced degree and SHRM certification a plus).
- 7+ years of HR experience focused on business partnering, coaching, progressive org development, employee relations, and operational HR excellence.
- Required experience working in a manufacturing/distribution center.
- Demonstrated flexibility, agility, resilience to thrive amid change and competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; can manage across functions at various levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
