Du willst HR‑Prozesse aktiv mitgestalten und Digitalisierung nicht nur miterleben, sondern auch vorantreiben? Du hast Lust auf Praxiserfahrung im HR und willst einen Einblick in die HR‑Software Personio erhalten?
Dann starte jetzt durch als Werkstudent:in HR – Digitalisierung (m/w/d) für 15‑20 Std./Woche an unserem Standort in Falkenberg.
- Mitarbeiten bei der Implementierung von Personio
- Digitalisieren und Übertragen bestehender HR‑Vorlagen (z. B. Vertrags‑ und Onboarding‑Dokumente) in das System
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR‑Team rund um die Systemeinführung
- Student:in der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftspsychologie bzw. eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Interesse an Digitalisierung sowie HR‑Prozessen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie erste Erfahrung mit HR‑Systemen wie Personio wünschenswert
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
