About The HR Team

The HR team was established in May 2025 and is currently being developed from scratch to support the company's growth and long‑term needs. The function is responsible for building and managing the entire people lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, KPI frameworks, culture and engagement initiatives, HR software setup, management development, and offboarding. The HR function is directly managed by Ani.

Role Overview

The HR generalist will support the growth of Prop Firm Match's global team by ensuring smooth execution across recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics, documentation management, and employee support. Your role is to make HR operations seamless, organized, and trusted, enabling both leadership and employees to stay focused on delivering impact.

Key Performance Objectives
  • Own Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Experience
    • Schedule interviews efficiently across multiple time zones, ensuring zero delays or miscommunications
    • Own the first stages of hiring - screening interviews, hiring questionnaires, cultural interviews
    • Maintain real‑time status tracking of all candidates in our ATS – Workable.
    • Ensure candidate communication is fast, clear, and friendly, reflecting PFM's culture
  • Execute Smooth Onboarding & Employee Setup
    • Prepare onboarding checklists, documentation links, access setup
    • Coordinate welcome messages, team intros, first‑week agendas
    • Track completion of onboarding tasks and flag delays to HR lead
  • Maintain Accurate HR Documentation & Records
    • Keep employee database and HR files clean and consistent in our internal HRIS
    • Work collaboratively with our EOR partner
    • Update org charts, leave tracking, contracts, and internal HR documents when needed.
  • Support culture & engagement activities
    • Assist in organizing async team rituals (birthdays, kudos, highlights, feedback rounds)
    • Track participation and collect feedback for continuous improvement
  • Be the 1st line of HR support
    • Respond to common employee questions (policies, access, schedules, leave)
    • Escalate sensitive or strategic items to HR Head.
Success Indicators
  • Priority roles filled within agreed timelines with strong hiring manager satisfaction
  • 90%+ positive feedback from candidates on recruitment experience
  • Structured hiring processes documented and consistently applied
  • Onboarding process fully standardized and operational
  • HR documentation accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
  • Improved retention and engagement indicators over time
  • HR operations running smoothly with minimal escalations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience:

    2‑5 years experience in HR coordination, admin support, people operations, or recruitment assistance
  • Organizational precision: keeping interviews, onboarding, databases, and documentation flawlessly structured
  • Process discipline: following HR SOPs consistently and suggesting improvements
  • Strong communication skills in English: this role is heavily including communication; clear & friendly communication, writing professional messages to candidates and employees
  • Proactivity & ownership: flagging delays before they become problems
  • Tool savviness: working with spreadsheets, Workable, Drive, Slack, Calendars, and Canva.
  • Strong English communication skills: ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and in a friendly manner, including writing effective messages for candidates and employees in a communication‑heavy role
  • Importantly, CET hours available: comfortable working remotely and asynchronously, coordinating across time zones
Nice‑to‑have
  • Experience in fintech, trading, SaaS, or high‑growth digital platforms.
  • Familiarity and experience with performance‑based hiring model by Lou Adler.
  • Experience supporting remote global teams.
