• Support the development and implementation of a Global Belonging Council, contributing to governance and ongoing operations
• Conduct benchmarking and industry research to inform Autodesk’s Culture & Belonging strategy
• Analyze and interpret people and program data to identify trends and insights that inform strategy
• Collaborate with Employee Belonging Group leaders to ensure alignment and shared ownership
• Assist in planning and facilitating workshops, events, and divisional offsites as requested

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, organizational culture, or related fields
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience supporting or managing programs within a global or matrixed organization
• Ability to analyze and draw insights from people data
• Engaging communicator and presenter, capable of conveying ideas clearly

• Demonstrates authenticity and empathy while practicing productive candor
• Strong self-awareness, curiosity, and a growth mindset; adapts effectively to change
• Actively invests in learning and growth
• Comfortable managing up and aligning work to priorities
