Job Description

The Corporate Benefits Administrator is responsible for the development, supervision, implementation, and communication of employee benefits. The Corporate Benefits Administrator will also oversee insurance vendor relations. The Corporate Benefits Administrator will also administer our Company Wellness Program, along with administering our weekly 401(k) needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills including over the phone
  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
  • Previous benefits administration knowledge and experience preferred
