This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager of Human Resources based in Minster, OH. The Senior Manager of Human Resources will oversee HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, development, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include managing employee performance, implementing HR policies, fostering a collaborative work environment, and aligning talent strategy with the organization goals.
The role involves regular communication with team members at various levels across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills to lead HR initiatives and align them with organizational goals
- Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee training, and professional development programs
- Ability to handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture
- Knowledge of state and federal labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as strong analytical skills for assessing performance metrics
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master degree or HR certification, such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, is preferred)
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on leadership roles
