In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, drive fast and effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a smooth, engaging candidate experience. Location: Mobile Work (Germany-wide)

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Talent Partnering Act as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders, quickly aligning on hiring needs and translating them into agile, scalable recruiting strategies. You own the full-cycle recruitment process—from role scoping to offer—with speed, precision, and a strong sense of partnership.
  • Tech-Enabled Sourcing Use modern sourcing tools and platforms (like Linked In Recruiter) to identify and engage top talent. You build proactive pipelines for key roles and continuously refine your approach using insights and digital tools that support smarter, faster hiring.
  • Smart Job Marketing & Interviewing Create compelling, candidate-centric job ads that speak to tech-savvy professionals. Lead structured interviews in both German and English, ensuring consistency, speed, and a great experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Candidate Experience Excellence Guide candidates through a transparent and respectful journey, acting as a reliable point of contact. You move quickly, communicate clearly, and ensure every interaction reflects our values and commitment to innovation.
What You Bring
  • Several years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a tech-driven or fast-scaling environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for speed, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions with confidence.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Success Factors, Workday).
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
