Your Mission –

What you’ll do:
  • Drive group-level HR initiatives across Senior Management Talent, Leadership, and Succession from a Group perspective
  • Define and roll out a group-wide talent framework, including criteria for potential and performance
  • Implement our values and leadership principles across divisions, ensuring consistent adoption
  • Design and introduce management diagnostics (e.g., assessments, potential analyses)
  • Build and deploy a structured succession planning process for senior management roles, including governance, roles, timelines, and talent reviews
  • Translate employee survey insights and strategic priorities into targeted talent actions and steer implementation
Your Profile –

What we’re looking for:
  • relevant university degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Psychology, HR Management) or comparable qualification; other backgrounds welcome if the fit is strong
  • several years of experience in project or HR environments; proven track record in large, cross-functional projects and solid mastery of project management—classic and agile alike
  • comfortable with applications like Excel, Powerpoint, SAP Success Factors and methods like Scrum, Kanban, milestone planning—these are part of your daily toolkit, not buzzwords
  • strong intuition and expertise across HR topics:
    Talent Management, Employer Branding, Change Communication, and internal processes
  • confident, professional presence with clear, transparent, and respectful communication—whether with colleagues or external partners
  • exceptional organizational skills; proactive mindset; able to keep the overview in complex project landscapes
  • fluent English in speaking and writing for international collaboration and presentations
  • Willingness to travel as needed within Germany and abroad, depending on project requirements
