Quantum Metric is seeking a strategic, data‑driven, and highly relational Head of People to partner directly with the executive leadership team in supporting our next phase of growth. As a Series B SaaS company, we are evolving from building foundational systems to iterating, optimizing, and strengthening the People function to support our growth goals.
This role is focused on iteration, business impact, and enablement. You will oversee our People leadership team across People Operations, Total Rewards & Benefits, and Recruiting ensuring our strategies are aligned to business priorities and grounded in measurable outcomes.
The VP of People will play a critical role in enabling and supporting our team and business to innovate with AI, both by embedding AI into People practices and by preparing our workforce to leverage AI responsibly and effectively. You will be a trusted advisor and executive‑level influencer who builds strong relationships across the organization, coaches leaders, and ensures we remain a high‑performance, people‑first company in a remote‑first environment.

ResponsibilitiesExecutive Partnership & Strategy
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to executive leadership team.
- Influence and guide executive decision‑making with data‑driven insights and strong business acumen.
- Implement HR initiatives that drive measurable business impact, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Align People strategy to company growth objectives, ensuring scalable and adaptable systems that evolve with the business.
People Team Leadership
- Oversee and develop the People leadership team with scope spanning Recruiting, People Operations, Talent Development, Total Rewards & Benefits.
- Lead through iteration: refining and optimizing processes to increase effectiveness, clarity, and scale.
- Foster a high‑performing, service‑oriented People function that operates as a true business partner.
Talent & Organizational Development
- Refine and enhance end‑to‑end hiring strategies to support stable, high‑quality talent pipelines in a competitive SaaS environment.
- Lead and iterate on performance management, promotion processes, and career pathing frameworks.
- Champion leadership development and executive coaching, cultivating a growth mindset across the organization.
AI Enablement & Innovation
- Enable and support teams to innovate with AI by integrating AI tools and best practices into People systems and workflows.
