OP Mobility sucht einen HR-Generalisten (m/w/d) für die Umsetzung von HR-Zielen im Werk. Zu den
Aufgaben gehören der gesamte Employee-Lifecycle, die Verantwortung für den Ausbildungsbereich sowie die Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen. Voraussetzungen sind ein BWL-Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht und mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS Office und SAP Kenntnisse sind erforderlich.
