Job Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Uniontown, Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 depending on experience, bonus eligible

Key Responsibilities (Payroll Manager):

• Process payroll accurately and timely, including audits and validations
• Maintain and update payroll data such as raises, deductions, and leave changes
• Manage employee payroll records within ADP or comparable payroll systems
• Partner with HR and Finance to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements

Qualifications (Payroll Manager):

• 2+ years of experience in payroll administration
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms
• Solid understanding of payroll taxes, regulations, and compliance standards
