Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Recruiter to support the continued growth and transformation of our organization. This role will serve as a key talent acquisition partner, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of functions including Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Job Duties:
- Play a critical role in the growth and transformation of the Services organization
- Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology
- Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions
- Collaborate with HR and Services leadership on recruiting needs and overall Company goals
- Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing and/or Sales functions
- Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization
- Focus on your own growth and development
- Be innovative:
Bring your own ideas of improvements inside the team, look at each process and task with the goal of constantly improving to bring more value to the customer, the team, the organization and you; consulting and sales mentality - Own your job:
Approach your daily work and customers with ethics, responsibility, discipline and ownership, knowing that everything you do has an impact on the customer, the company and your development - Define and build programs that address and support the business from a talent perspective
- Experience in high volume staffing preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adept at setting and prioritizing your own work to perform the role successfully
- Solid communication skills with key stakeholders to create buy-in
- Ability to gather data, analyze and present findings to various audiences
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University required
- 3 years' minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional or national level, preferably in both 3rd party and corporate
